Regular attendance is expected on your allocated evening but, with advance notice, you can occasionally attend the alternative evening. The programme is varied and challenging - think marathon not sprint - with the emphasis on personal development and team spirit. The Award is flexible, accessible, readily achievable and we want to help you along the way.
