Enrolment 2011 - has now closed for Bronze and Silver applications
An enrolment information event was held on Wednesday 7th September in Westhill Community Centre with deadlines for applications set at Bronze 23rd September and Silver 30th September. This
presentation (Sept 2011) summarises the process and outlines the Award activities. The
Forms page on our website has all the forms to download. An

There are two forms to be completed and returned with payment to the Community Centre reception:
Places to attend meetings are limited by volunteer numbers. Completed forms will be processed in the order received. We will be in touch to advise options if we are oversubscribed, in which case, a waiting list to attend meetings will be started but you can still enrol and start your Award with email support provided for Skill, Volunteering and Physical Recreation sections.
The Awards can be completed at minimal cost although a £10 local fee is due in January 2012 to cover administrative and equipment maintenance costs. For Expedition training, you will need a pair of walking boots and waterproofs but most other kit can be borrowed or hired. Other costs are dependent on your choice of activity for each section e.g. you could choose to help at the local Youth Club for the Volunteering section, drawing for Skill and continue playing a sport you are already involved in for Physical Recreation for very little cost. The choice is yours!
